What's inside

The room you wish you had before your last registration

Most domain money is lost quietly — on names nobody wanted, renewed year after year. The point of this community is to catch that before you spend.

Price checks before you buy

Post a name, get honest reads from people who have actually sold. Cheaper than one bad $500 registration.

Deals as they surface

Expiring auctions, closeouts, and undervalued names members spot in the wild — shared while there's still time to act.

The flip playbook

My guide covering what I've learned buying and holding hundreds of names — acquisition filters, pricing, and where sales actually come from.

Sanity checks on the hype

Domaining is full of guru math and cherry-picked wins. This is a room where people say when something didn't sell.

Portfolio reviews

Bring what you own. Find out what's worth renewing, what to drop, and what you're underpricing.

Direct access

I'm in the Discord. Ask me anything about a name, a negotiation, or a listing that's gone quiet.

Score a domain before you spend a dollar on it

An honest, transparent scorer — length, extension, structure, brandability, and commercial intent. No signup, no email wall, and it shows exactly how it reached the number.

A heuristic score, not an appraisal. What a domain actually sells for depends on the buyer in front of you.

Who runs this

I sold a domain for $1,200 by accident. Then I got serious.

I’m Brooks Conkle — a full-time side hustler. Someone offered me $1,200 for a domain I’d nearly forgotten I owned. I took it, then spent a long time wondering what else I was sitting on.

So I started buying names on purpose. I now hold 249 of them across 9 niches. Some will sell. Plenty won’t. I’ve made expensive mistakes and I’d rather you skip them.

I’m not a guru and I don’t have a system that prints money. What I have is a real portfolio, real sales, and a room full of people comparing notes honestly.

Questions

Before you join

What exactly do I get?

Access to the private Domain Name Lovers Discord and my written guide on domain investing. The Discord is where the day-to-day happens — price checks, deal shares, and questions.

Is this for beginners or experienced investors?

Both, honestly. If you have never bought a domain as an investment, you will get the most out of the guide and the price-check channel. If you already hold a portfolio, the value is in other people's eyes on your names.

Are you a domain investing guru?

No, and I would be suspicious of anyone who says they are. I sold a domain for $1,200 completely by accident, got curious, and started buying names deliberately. I now hold hundreds. I am sharing what is working and what isn't as I go.

Will I make money from this?

Nobody can promise that, including me. Domain investing is speculative — most names you buy will never sell, and the ones that do can take years. The community is here to help you make fewer expensive mistakes, not to guarantee a return.

How do I join?

Membership runs through Whop. You will get your Discord invite immediately after checkout.

Do you sell domains too?

Yes. My own portfolio is listed on this site, and any of them are available if you see something you want. That is separate from the community — joining doesn't require buying a name, and buying a name doesn't require joining.
